Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY:
* All hair care products take 5 to 7 business days to process starting the day after your order has been submitted.  Tracking details will be sent once your order ship.

*Packages will be submitted using USPS, Fedex, DHL depending on your location.

*Business days do not include holidays and weekends.

*Please allow one extra business day for processing after a holiday or a sale.

*We do not ship any products on Sunday.

*For international orders we do not cover customs fees and they are not included in our shipping cost.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:
If package is returned to Pretty Natural LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery a customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as redelivery cost.  Pretty Natural LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.  No refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.  If your order has not shipped we can however make changes to the shipping address and your email address if they are incorrect.  

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Pretty Natural LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order.  Upon inquiry Pretty Natural LLC will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
